Andreas Dahn’s combined know-how in storytelling, visual effects & VR is a rare catch.
With a foundation in traditional filmmaking and visual effects, he became known for his effects work on GAME OF THRONES, Wes Anderson’s GRAND BUDAPEST HOTEL, Marvel’s GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2 and the Oscar-nominated BBC short THE GRUFFALO.
During his studies at the acclaimed Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg, he directed award-winning short films and was honoured with a scholarship at the University of California (UCLA). His adaptation of the haunting German gothic novel DER SANDMANN received international recognition, made its way into German television and continues to be showcased worldwide.
